Using only the freshest organic ingredients, our menu is carefully constructed by Chris Gill and his team. the Breeze menu is made up of smaller, bigger and sweeter sections. Smaller dishes include of beef or tuna tartare, angel hair pasta with truffle & kombu, salt and sichuan pepper squid to name a few and makeral with miso and honey. Bigger options include beef tenderloin, lemon and herb chicken, whole steamed seabass and lamb cutler

Breeze Bistro sits right in the middle of New Praya, Kennedy Town, the famed sunset spot in Hong Kong that offers a panoramic view of the scenic harbour. Join us in the early evening to enjoy the golden sunset while listening to the sound of splashing waves.
Our bar menu features a wide variety of refreshing cocktails that compliment the food, ready to quench a thirst whilst enjoying the awesome views! Happy Hours runs daily from 3pm - 7pm, the is perfect spot for an afternoon get together with friends for a cheeky few or pre-dinner drinks.
Bistroboys Group was founded with Breeze Bistro in 2022, owned and managed by Adam Simmons, who comes from a background of real estate and alternative investments, and now has a taste for F&B in Hong Kong, and Ravi Beryar, a leader of the HK hospitality scene having owned over 10 bars & restaurants across the city.
