In summer months our window seating welcomes pets but seating is limited so please be sure to call ahead to make your booking so we can accommodate your furry friends! 

Using only the freshest organic ingredients, our menu is carefully constructed by Chris Gill and his team. Breeze specialities include starters of beef tartare, angel hair pasta with truffle & kombu, and ox-tongue bone marrow. Big hitters from the mains include chicken diavolo, lobster linguini & porchetta

We offer an all-day dining menu as well as weekday set lunch & weekend brunch.

Our bar menu features a wide variety of refreshing cocktails that compliment the food, ready to quench a thirst whilst enjoying the awesome views! With Happy Hours running from 4pm - 7pm daily, is a great spot for an afternoon get together with friends for a cheeky few or pre-dinner drinks.

Breeze Bistro sits right in the middle of New Praya, Kennedy Town, the famed sunset spot in Hong Kong that offers a panoramic view of the scenic harbour. Join us in the early evening to enjoy the golden sunset while listening to the sound of splashing waves.

Chris Gill is an industry veteran with over 15 years’ experience in fine dining and bistro venues across Hong Kong.

With classical French training and a love for European cuisine Chris created a menu highlighting some of the favourites of France, Italy and beyond. His dishes are famed for being packed full of flavour, must haves on the menu include his Lobster Linguini, Truffle & Kombu Angel Hair Pasta and French classic, Beef Tartare 

Bistroboys Group was founded with Breeze Bistro in 2022, owned and managed by Adam Simmons, who comes from a background of real estate and alternative investments, and now has a taste for F&B in Hong Kong, and Ravi Beryar, a leader of the HK hospitality scene having owned over 10 bars & restaurants across the city.
